Paralegal 6 Month FTC on Full Time Basis £18,000 to £20,000 PA based on experience Tate Nottingham are currently recruiting for a Paralegal with experience in litigation and Financial Services Disputes & Investigations. This is brilliant opportunity to work on a 6-month FTC for one of the UK's leading legal practices that is highly reputable within the Law Sector and well-known for provide outstanding services to their clients. You will be based in their impressive Nottingham City Centre offices, easily accessible via various transport links. ROLE Managing client instructions and handling your case load Dealing with various forms of disputes Progressing claimant and defendant civil court proceedings Negotiating settlements Have excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and providing them with relevant advice Updating client reports Working well within a team on work on high-profile cases to ensure accuracy and efficiency is provided in each case. Have a high attention to detail specifically when reviewing & preparing court documents IT literate Your must have completed your legal practice course or have knowledge from equivalent work.
