Overview
My client is a very well established and reputable firm of accountants with several offices throughout Somerset and Devon. They are accomplished specialists in their field and have an incredibly supportive culture meaning staff retention is very high. About you We are seeking individuals to join lovely offices in Chard. You will have a minimum experience of 3 years in practice but the firm are very open minded in terms of whether you are AAT or ACA/ACCA qualified. If you are part way through your training they are still interested in talking to you. You will be an excellent communicator who is comfortable in dealing with clients of all levels. Reward This is a full time, permanent position and the salary range is fairly broad given the ability range above but between £20k - £30k plus 4 weeks holiday, 5 weeks for qualified ACCA/ACA plus bank holidays and an extra day at Christmas. Whilst ideally a full time position, part-time would be considered. The role The role would involve preparing/reviewing accounts for a niche market, dealing with client queries, tax returns, ad-hoc work as required, training of junior staff together with potentially undertaking client book keeping both in office and at clients premises. Experience of online software an experience would be beneficial.
