JOB TITLE: Retail Stores Manager JOB SUMMARY: To manage and maintain two stores across the sales floor and workshop service. Working in one of the fastest growing towns in Oxfordshire. LOCATION: Northeast Oxfordshire SALARY: £30,000 Bonus (depending on experience), plus BONUS, Pension, 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays) plus up to 5 extra days to recognise loyal service MUST HAVES: Previous Store Management experience and a keen interest in cycling or outdoor activities. The ROLE The successful Store Manager will be required to: Effectively manage and maintain a profitable and sales driven store to a high standard Deliver the highest customer service across its whole team Schedule, train and assign team members to achieve store targets Implementing security systems to protect stock Maintain professional and technical knowledge Understanding all aspects of the store and driving sales on the sales floor Coaching and motivating the team Delivering company targets The CANDIDATE Previous experience of managing in a retail store OR you are working in retail and would like the next step up.
