Director of Finance Transformation

GRG Executive Search has been exclusively retained by a large West Midlands based business to recruit a Director of Finance Transformation. Reporting to the Group CFO, this exciting new role will lead effective delivery of large scale improvements to financial processes and systems across the group. The role will recruit and build a new team of project managers/project accountants who will strategically implement business improvement programmes for the Group Finance Function. The successful candidate will effectively business partner at Exec and Board level and will effectively collaborate with other support functions in order to deliver objectives successfully. They will be capable of leading and designing change projects and have proven track record of implementing finance change programmes within a large scale environment. Strong leadership qualities are essential, previous ERP system implementation experience and a strong commercial mind are also key to success in this role.
