Overview
Accounts Administrator Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a Ringwood based distribution company who are market leaders in their industry, with an excellent reputation, in recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. In this extremely varied Accounts Administrator role, you will be involved in duties such as elements of general accounts, credit control and administration. We are looking for someone with strong administration skills/experience with a good eye for numbers who is happy to get stuck in. Accounts/credit control experience would be extremely advantageous. Training is available as is progression and development. Duties and Responsibilities: Checking off purchase statements and chasing for statements ensuring all invoices received are correct Completing company credit card expenses, coding receipts, chasing up expenses Checking stock is booked in correctly and invoices are correctly completed Posting purchase invoices ensuring they are coded correctly Credit control - contacting customers regarding outstanding payments Liaising with different departments across the company, sales reps and suppliers Ordering stationery, consumables and lunches - negotiating costs and getting best prices General administration duties and holiday cover when the Accounts Manager is away Knowledge and Experience: Strong administration experience Accounts/credit control experience would be extremely advantageous Good IT skills - especially Excel (need to be a confident user) Strong communicator Quick, keen learner Salary and Benefits: £18,000 - £22,000 p.a.
