This facility is home to 70 elderly residents and offers residential, nursing and palliative care to residents with a range if needs including those living with Alzheimer's or other dementia related illnesses. This home combines the peace and tranquility of a quiet residential area with the bustling shopping and leisure facilities of Telford just a short distance away. They are looking for a candidate who is passionate about giving first class care and is looking for the opportunity to be part of a well established home that has a Good CQC rating.
