Overview
Home Managers of the Midlands, this is a cry for help. I am looking for a Home Manager who is somewhat of an expert. A turnaround specialist, a 'no project too big' kinda operator. Someone who does not shy away from a challenge, but rather relishes one. In recent times this home has had a hiccup, going from a 'Requires Improvement' CQC inspection to an 'Inadequate'. And it's a big old beast. Over 100 beds, lots of opportunity, plenty of scope for improvement. In the words of Yazz, the only way is up. And who am I to argue with an 80's pop powerhouse?
