Overview
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer £12 - £14.55 p/h Temporary Stratford There is an immediate requirement for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to undertake planned and reactive maintenance within a manufacturing environment. It is essential that you have experience of repair and maintenance of plant machinery and services in both electrical and mechanical disciplines. An ideal candidate will have: - You will be a proven engineer with experience gained in in a fast paced, manufacturing environment - A recognised Electrical and/or Mechanical qualification, HNC or equivalent - Experience of 3 phase, inverters, motors, compressors, condensers, DC current, abrasive wheels, PLC's and PPM's - Knowledge of multi head weighers, bagging machines, print and apply labellers, check weighers, metal detectors - Working knowledge of MS Office products - Experience of refrigeration, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics and industrial facilities. - Experience within food manufacturing desirable - Wiring Regulations 18th edition The role - To follow PPM Schedule for all plant and equipment - Respond to any breakdown or fault - Escalate any fault or damage that cannot be rectified - Commissioning of new machinery - To work in a team. - Complete relevant maintenance documents accurately and on time. - Booking systems are updated. Hours of work are Wednesday to Sat 7am - 5pm. In return, a pay rate of £12 -£14.55 p/h, plus overtime paid at a premium rate (when available, not guaranteed).
