Overview
Team Manager - Mental Health A Well-Established care company are currently seeking a Team Manager to join their supported living services in Ilfracombe. You will be expected have previous management experience within Social Care and in return will be granted the autonomy to run your own team as you feel fit. As a Team Manager you will need some experience of: Multi-Site management, Ability to do Rota’s A good knowledge of people with complex needs in both non-regulated and regulated provision. Liaising with other professionals Knowledge of relevant legislation Wiring in Depth assessments Relationship Building Supervising Support Workers Single Assessments Writing Care plans As A Team Manager Social Worker, you will be: Overseeing and supporting the registers manage to deliver services to people with mental health issues Eligible to work in the UK Car Driver Essential In Return we can offer you: £25,000k per year (depending on experience) Excellent rates of pay Support and expert advice from an approachable, dedicated and friendly team Monday - Friday (on call included as well) & covering shifts in case of illness.
