Overview
My client is a very well established and reputable firm of accountants with several offices throughout Somerset and Devon. They are accomplished specialists in their field and have an incredibly supportive culture meaning staff retention is very high. We are looking for individuals to join lovely offices in Taunton as a General Practice Manager . This is a full time, permanent role attracting a salary of between £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits and free parking. The Successful Candidate: · You will have a minimum experience of 3 years in practice. · AAT or ACA/ACCA qualified. · You will be an excellent communicator. · Be a team player. · Personal tax experience and some corporate if poss · Some audit experience (desirable not essential) · Experience of online software (desired) Key responsibilities: · Manage a mixed client portfolio · Preparing/reviewing accounts for a range of small to large clients · Dealing with client queries, tax returns, ad-hoc work as required · Training of junior staff and supporting them with their development Reward This is a full time; permanent position and the salary range is fairly broad given the ability range above but between £30k - £40k DOE.
