Overview
Our client based in Poole are a Family owned business, with a small dynamic and flexible workforce that have a "can-do" attitude and always go the extra mile. We require an experienced accounts administrator that is able to input and process customer orders within strict timelines to ensure goals of exceeding customer expectations are met. You will be responsible for credit control and general office administration duties you will have a proven track record and be very experienced with Sage Line 50 Software which is essential to meet the job requirements. 100% Accuracy and an ability to work under pressure is essential and you must be comfortable undertaking other duties within the business as workload and staffing dictates. You will also need to be experienced with Microsoft Excel and Word and can demonstrate a good working knowledge of both. Other responsibilities include input of shipping information to dispatch software systems. You will need to demonstrate that you are very organised and accurate with attention to detail. Full training will be provided Key skills required: SAGE Line 50 Ability to process payments - up to 75 a day in peak periods Ability to work on your own Accuracy Benefits: Salary between £22,000 - £28,000 DOE Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm One Hour lunch On-site parking Bonus scheme Casual dress Company pension 4 weeks paid holiday per year in addition to Bank holidays.
