Overview
Audiologist - GP Surgery We have an exciting new vacancy for a qualified audiologist within a GP surgery setting It is a part time fixed term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave. The position is part time, ideally 2-3 days a week, ideally a Monday and Wednesday should be covered, however there is some flexibility with this, so you can really make this position work around you and your current commitments/other work You will be completing routine hearing checks, hearing aid fittings, ear moulds and completing patient aftercare. This position is within a GP surgery and based within primary care, so experience within this setting would be a benefit The surgery is based just outside of Leeds towards Otley, in a quaint village with lovely scenery and lots of local amenities and independent shops, which offers a lovely work environment Although you will be working autonomously, there is a large and supportive team working alongside you, once a week you will be working with an ENT consultant also based at the centre.
