You'll be an empathetic and compassionate caregiver, with a minimum of 3 months of experience, a valid certificate in Moving and Handling, and the right to live and work in the UK. You will need a smart device with internet access to pick up shifts and submit timesheets via our app, HealthForceGo. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required. What will I do? As a Support Worker working within Wells, Shepton Mallet and the surrounding areas, your duties will involve providing specialised care to our service users, in line with their existing personalised care plans. Your daily tasks will vary but include daily living activities, eating and social integration. Additionally, you will be providing exceptional care to children and young adults living with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
