Scrub Nurse - RGN/ODP - Day Surgery £36,000 - £40,000 Annual Bonus, Private Medical Insurance, Pension and More Central London Full-Time The Client Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with a brand new state-of-the-art Specialist Day Surgery Centre located in Central London, which is set to open this month. The Candidate We are looking for a professional, dynamic and patient-focused individual, with a positive and flexible outlook. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) registered with NMC, or a trained ODP registered with the HCPC. The successful candidate will work as part of the highly specialised Theatres team to provide effective, evidence-based and patient focused care. This multi-speciality Day Surgery Centre will cover a range of surgeries including Orthopaedics, General, ENT, Breast, Gynae and Cardiac. You will be instrumental in developing and building the team culture and will have the opportunity to be involved from the beginning of a completely new centre. There is a huge amount of opportunity that comes with this role as the hospital grows and develops, so it is the ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career. This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours with a highly desirable shift pattern which will be worked Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday cover. This will be a one stage interview process and we would encourage applicants to apply as soon as possible. Requirements - RGN or ODP Qualification - NMC or HCPC Registration - Extensive experience as a Scrub Practitioner covering a range of specialities - Strong experience working within the healthcare sector - Excellent communication skills - Great attention to detail - Motivated and enthusiastic Salary and Package There is a highly generous salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience.
