Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Prison Service Norfolk £50,000 - £60,000 NHS Pension 25 days Annual Leave BH Childcare Vouchers Full time - 37.5 hours Remit Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading private healthcare provider within the picturesque region of Norfolk. My client is looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join its nursing team based in a Prison, maintaining a high level of care to is patients within the service. The Candidate The successful candidate must be RGN qualified and registered with the NMC. You will have a Masters in Advanced Practice or working towards, and have a V300 prescribers qualification. Your background will be primary care in either a GP Surgery, Walk in Centre or OOHs service and you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience within this setting. Also, you will have the experience of working as an autonomous practitioner. Having a desire to implement an amazing patient experience is vital. You will be working with the clinical lead to supporting the business in achieving the requirements set by the CQC. Excellent communication skills are going to be vital in order to work alongside a team of likeminded professionals. You will be able to demonstrate leadership when dealing with members of the nursing team and support staff. My client is looking for a full time Advanced Nurse Practitioner, the shift pattern is 7am - 7pm, supporting the service with healthcare 24 hours a day. During you shift, 7- 8 hours will be working clinics. The remaining will be a mix of admin and on call duties. You will be an highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is keen to develop your personal and teams development which would be fully supported by my client.
