First Contact Physiotherapist - MSK/Ortho £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependant on experience) Full Time / Monday - Friday Kidderminster, Worcestershire Remit Compass Associates are proud to be working with the UKs leading provider of physiotherapy and associated services, who are currently in search of a First Contact Physiotherapist to work throughout their clinics located in Kidderminster and Stourport on Severn. The company are a very flexible employer and put their staff at the centre of everything they do All of their roles come with an award-winning clinical training and development programme along with a clear progression pathway, salary banding, bonus potential and so much more You will be responsible for undertaking the advanced assessment and treatment of patients using advanced theoretical and practical knowledge. These patients may have chronic or complex presentation and it will be your responsibility to determine clinical diagnosis and formulate a management a treatment plan. You will be working purely within MSK/Ortho so a keen interest in this area is essential along with plenty of experience. The Candidate This is a fantastic opportunity for a HCPC registered, Chartered Physiotherapist with extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy to join a forward-thinking organisation on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position consisting of 40 hours per week across Monday - Friday and with a minimum of 100 hours of protected CPD time annually you are able to dedicate 5 hours per week to your own CPD. Requirements - Qualified Physiotherapist - HCPC Registration - CSP Membership - Post-registration qualification in Orthopaedic Medicine - MSc Module/Diploma in Injection Therapy or working towards - Proven experience of at least 5 years' working at a senior level within the MSK field - Excellent understanding of patient/client rights and consent Location This opportunity will be based across Kidderminster and Stourport on Severn. Salary and Package There is a highly competitive salary of between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
