£35,000 - £42,000 p/a 37.5 Hour Contract - Days Great Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen in a Staffordshire hospital for an experienced Diagnostic Radiographer with management experience to work as Radiology Manager. The Radiology and Imaging department offers a range of clinical services and has recently invested in several state-of-the-art technologies to ensure the best possible patient experience. You will also work closely with the Senior Management Team to monitor and evaluate service delivery, manage budgets and resources and ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety. Applicants for this Radiology Manager post should meet the following criteria: • HCPC Registered Diagnostic Radiographer and have completed a recognised management qualification and an approved Radiation Protection Supervisors qualification • At least 2 years management/leadership experience a radiology department, with substantial clinical experience in an acute hospital setting • Positive, proactive leadership style with the ability to motivate and lead a strong team and experienced in HR management • Excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills • The ability to analyse and interpret data and make sound, informed decisions • Awareness of budgetary and financial management systems and processes in the private healthcare sector and commercially focused For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
