Overview
Hampton's Resourcing are currently working in partnership with a small private company who require a strong Interim Manager for their 4 bedded Residential Home in The Basingstoke area that provides care for individuals with Complex needs, Autism and Learning Disabilities. The home requires an Interim Manager who has strong staff management skills and is willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in where needed. Main responsibilities: The appointed Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the home whilst they recruit a new manager for the service. The successful candidate will monitor performance of all staff, ensuring the support that is delivered is of a high standard.
