Care Assistant based at Gledhow, Leeds Available Hours: Full Time - 39 hours per week Are you a compassionate individual who would like to make a difference to the lives of older people? MHA are looking for a committed, hardworking individual's to join our thriving team at Gledhow. The role requires individuals who: are flexible in their approach and sensitive to the needs of residents enjoy the company of older people have a willingness to learn and develop work well as part of a team have the ability to form positive relationships with residents, their families and professional colleagues Please note that interviews may take place prior to the advert closing as and when suitable applications are received. Purpose-built in 2000, Gledhow provides nursing care for up to 50 people and goes to great lengths to fulfil all residents' needs, both physical and spiritual.Set in a quiet suburb of Leeds, the home remains well connected to the wider community and is less than a 15 minute drive into the city centre.
