Overview

We are looking for a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse / RMN with a passion for delivering the best quality of care. You will have the opportunity to pick up shifts to work on a Female Mental Health service at Cygnet Coventry. Cygnet Hospital Coventry offers specialist inpatient services for women across three wards, with step down facilities also forming part of the care pathway. You will be expected to work as a part of a team to develop the service .We offer excellent training opportunity’s and will support you with your revalidation and offer additional CPD training We work to create an inclusive work environment that is patient centred. We work collaboratively with external organisations including NHS England, local CCG’s and CQC. We support all of our nurses to grow and develop their skills in our work place. In achieving this we ensure that our patients receive the best care and our staff continue to learn, develop and work within their scope of practice in accordance with NMC guidance. Why Cygnet? Cygnet Coventry is easily accessible via train, public transport or Car, we have a very spacious hospital, with extensive patient living and activity areas as well as external grounds, At Cygnet Coventry we provide: 16 High Dependency Rehabilitation beds 16 High Dependency unit for disordered eating and Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder 12 Female PICU beds to be opened this year 7 Flat let Community facing stepped down care Services provided include Medium, Low Secure and Psychiatric Intensive Care (PICU) for women, over the age of 18, with Personality Disorder and Mental Illness.
