Sonographer Locum Band 7

Mediplacements have an excellent locum opportunity for an experienced Sonographer to work with one of our NHS clients in the Surrey region. To be considered for this role the ideal candidate must hold a Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma or a DMU in Medical Ultrasound,and must be proficient in conducting Abdominal, Gynae, Small Parts and MSK scanning. This locum assignment is to cover a vacant post so is of an ongoing nature. Must have Experience in Performing and reporting US scans, mainly MSK /hernias/lumps and bumps-as this is huge service need at present. Pay / Terms / Requirements Pay: £42 - £50 per hour (dependant on experience and payment method) Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours Duration of assignment: Ongoing Type: Temporary (Locum) Position: General Sonographer Location: Surrey This locum role with be Monday - Friday,the locum will be scanning pregnant women and also to mentor a midwife undergoing 3rd trimester scanning training.
