If you have experience of Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour we want to hear from you Your new company Helping Adults with Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviours to live independent and fulfilled lives in both Supported Living and Residential Homes Your new role You will be working with Adults over 18 to live independently. This will include taking clients into the community, participating in events and carrying out activities such as cooking and other daily chores. What you'll need to succeed You will be caring, patient and must have experience of people with Challenging Behaviour.
