The successful Software Developer - .NET C# / VB job will include working within a team of 7 existing developers, developing back-end and user-facing systems for the next generation of public information technology within public transport applications in addition to providing iterative improvements to existing platforms. Essential experience needed from the Software Developer - .NET C# / VB : -Excellent .Net experience with C# or VB or anything else similar. -Excellent knowledge or experience with: SQL, NoSQL - Experience with Front end frameworks such as Vue/React/Angular -Experience writing tidy, reusable or modular code -Experience with version control software (experience with Git is preferred) Preferred skills for the Software Developer - .NET C# / VB: - Javascript and / or HTML would be good. -Linux usage/administration. -Embedded applications. -Experience working with Cloud Platforms. - Knowledge or experience of Firebase / Firestore would be good.
