Employer Engagement Manager - Home Based Role - South West - Salary up to £30,000 plus competitive bonus structure / Mileage paid from home The Role: Employer Engagement Manager • We are looking for a professional Employer Engagement Manager / Customer Account Manager to join this private training provider and support with business growth across the South West of England. • Working from home and managing your own diary, you will be responsible for engaging and generating new business in the South West region and driving sales by developing and implementing business development strategies. To identify and recommend potential areas for growth and diversification and also to be the designated point of contact for employers and to ensure that their needs and wants are catered for in a professional and reliable manner. • You will develop effective relationships with new and existing customers and act as their designated point of contact for all Apprenticeship queries; ensuring that their needs and expectations are always managed effectively and reliably. Essential Requirements: Employer Engagement Manager • 3 years' business development experience within the training industry and to be able to demonstrate a track record and experience of employer engagement and developing business strategies • Self-motivated, with the ability to work proactively using own initiative • Tenacious and results driven with sound business judgement Desirables: Employer Engagement Manager • Sales/Business Development qualification • Business Management key contacts and business relationships The Employer: Employer Engagement Manager • Our prestigious client is an independent training provider who has been listed as a Times Top 100 Best Company to Work For.
