Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Payable Supervisor to join an global, manufacturing based in Royston. This role is being recruited on a full time basis, and you will report into the Financial Manager. Within this role, you will be tasked with the following duties, including but not limited to: - Managing a team of 3 Purchase ledger clerks, and be responsible for their continued development and internal support - Ensuring the invoices and expenses are processed accurately and according to the procedures within the organisation - Management of Payment runs - Assisting with continued process improvement within the finance department - Additional ad hoc duties as required As the successful candidate for this position, you will ideally possess the following set of skills and attributes: - Experience working in a similar Accounts Payable Supervisor role - Confident in line management responsibilities - Experience with multi currency ledgers would be desirable - Reconciliation experience - Strong communication skills The role is located in Royston and has a healthy holiday allowance and benefit package. They also have access to on site parking.
