Overview
This temporary position will ultimately lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. It’s working for a lettings firm in central Sheffield full time. It’s all about personality on this vacancy; you need to be confident, hard working and reliable and they will gladly train you in the various administrative duties. Duties include: General administration Greeting visitors Arranging viewings for potential tenants Dealing with new applications Taking and transferring calls etc The ideal candidate will be: Confident with excellent communication skills and ability to learn quickly Accuracy and attention to detail are important Some IT ability Able to commit to 3 months temping initially with a view to joining permanently thereafter (this is not just 3 months temp booking) Some experience in an office would be advantageous but not essential The role is working Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm plus 1 late shift per month on a Thursday 11am to 7pm and 1 Saturday per month 9am to 1pm.
