Overview
NRG are delighted to be representing our client, a global manufacturing business with the recruitment of a Solutions Delivery Analyst. Purpose of the role The role holder will be responsible for the design, delivery and support of various business solutions by speaking with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organisation to define and redefine business requirements. You will provide business analysis and support to various systems internally whilst working alongside selected 3rd party vendors. In the role you will also get involved the administration of the BI and reporting initiatives. Key areas of responsibility: Ensure delivery of BI solutions match business requirements. Design and support the internal platform and become the SME internally. Support globally the usage of the BI tool. Administer and maintain the shared systems whilst providing ongoing development. Requirement gathering will be an essential part of this role. Person specification: Understanding of BI and business analysis principals and techniques. Support multiple complex projects - including on call rota. Previous project management experience - change management / governance experience. Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems.
