Role: Customer Service Advisor Industry: Customer Services upselling Location: Chorley Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum working 40 hours a week Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Office Angels Preston are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a business that has plans for serious expansion and progression, based in Chorley. Then we could have the role that is perfect for you This job role includes: Working Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Our client wants to incorporate flexi time to benefit those who require flexible working £18,000-£20,000 per annum (with progression this aims to increase to £30,000 over the years) Account Management with up-selling Up-selling the company and the products/services to potential new customers or existing clients(up-selling is important) Working alongside a designated Field Sales Representative; dealing with their enquiries whilst they are out on the road, putting together quotations, organising diary, resolving issues and more Taking orders over the phone or via email Data entry such as uploading orders and information on to the internal system Chasing orders Achieving customer service levels to a 10/10 standard Progression guaranteed- Our client wants to put 100% effort and attention in to progressing their staff to higher level roles within the business over the years of service Bonus structure in place This is an amazing, growing company with longevity, and progression.
