Machine Operator Days&Night shift

Our Keighley-based client has an exciting new opportunity to join their existing team on a temporary ongoing contract, this role has the potential to become permanent if the candidate proves they are looking to stay and grow within the company. The position is Machine Operator, working on extrusion lines ensuring the product meets high quality standards and is kept and the right pace throughout. THE ROLE: - To operate the continuous plastic extrusion machines - To ensure high-quality standards are adhered to at ALL times - Responsible for palletising completed product - To load raw materials into the extrusion line - To complete routine quality checks throughout the shift - To complete all paperwork and document hourly checks onto process control sheets THE CANDIDATE: - Industry or machine operating experience - It is essential that you have your own transport due to shifts, location and limited public transport facilities - Must adhere to a strict NO SMOKING policy in or around the premises - Alpha numerical skills must be of a very high standard - Must have a excellent attention to detail - The working hours are either rotating day shift 6-2/2/10/6-11/11-4 or potential night shift available also.
