Excellent Role Available Business Support Administrator Wanted Based in West Bromwich Temp to Perm £10.27 - £10.80ph My global client is looking to recruit an integral team member to join their organisation on a temp to perm basis. Skills and Qualifications required Intermediate to advanced Excel user, competent with using data analysis tools - V look ups, Pivot Tables, etc Competent with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Must have held responsibility for managing processes and key business activities. Experience gained in a complex business environment. Proven ability to administer across multiple task streams and skill sets, and get things done. A highly motivated individual who can lead by example and lives our values. The ability to work effectively with conflicting priorities and multitask. Ability to maintain productive relationships with specialist advisors. Must have experience in administering financial budgets. Used to working in a financially driven environment looking for ways to improve processes. Clear communicator with a pleasant, friendly and confident telephone manner. Personable and confident people manner. The Role: Support and delivery of the day to day business ensuring that both internal, supplier and contractor deadlines are met and are carried out according to specification. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business management in London, Warwick and India in an effective and timely manner. Responsible for preparing and reporting on annual resource budgets. Following the principles and guidelines of Quality Standards, Information Security legislation, Develop and maintain productive internal relationships across the business. Manage the raising of purchase orders, invoicing and GRN management. Manage temporary and permanent employees' processes and procedures including inductions. General reception duties. Manage Business Support Administration. Manage Financial Accounting regulations (both SOX and UK Statutory). Manage Payroll activities. Support HR activities. Supports H&S policies and procedures.
