Overview
A well-known lifestyle brand is looking for a Customer Service Manager to head up their newly formed Customer Care team. This is a new role within the company and will be a real opportunity to develop and write the business' customer strategy. This will include implementing a new customer contact system, building and developing a team and working with stakeholders to create a customer blueprint. Responsibilities · Responsible for e-commerce customers and daily communication with all customer requests through emails and phone · Communication with fulfilment warehouse to ensure smooth transition of customer orders · Recording of all communication on e-commerce back end contact internally or with customers · Document all returns and stock swaps in all programmes · Manage credits and pay pal returns · Update stock programmes on manual returns Ideal Candidate · Attention to detail in recording all communication · Excellent organisation skills · Knowledge or Word, Excel, Shopify and Zendesk useful · Understanding of Twitter Customer service and how to manage alternative platforms · Able to work alternative hours in time of need and busy periods · Keen to take ownership of Customer Service and grow with the brand creating CS excellence By Applying to this advert you consent to the following use of your Data: The storage & use of candidate data & CVs for recruitment processes; including sharing their employment details & CV with our client partners.
