Customer Service Advisor/Sales Administrator needed for Pharmaceuticals company based in Marylebone Your new company Your new company are a small, modern pharmaceuticals company who are based in London City, Marylebone. You will be joining a small, friendly team within the Customer Care division of the business and will be joining an exciting, innovative business Your new role Your new role will involve answering customer queries via phone and email, processing orders, liaising with sales and suppliers, entering information onto in house database, collating spreadsheets and general administrative work. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will need recent customer service experience and experience with processing orders is essential. You must be proactive, have excellent communication skills and have a high attention to detail.
