Support Worker jobs, residential home for adults with learning disabilities Your new company You will be working for a company that prides itself on the care of their service users. With a reputation for excellence they are looking for people who represent everything that is important to them. Your new role You will be working in their residential home in Watton. At this site they have varying levels of disability with some complex needs and challenging behaviours. You will be working with the service users to promote independence where possible and a safe caring environment. Due to the complexity of some of the learning disabilities you will be required to undertake personal care. What you'll need to succeed You will be a caring person with a proven track record within the Social Care industry. You must have a minimum of 6 months care experience within the last 2 years.
