Overview
I am currently assisting a steadily growing Managed Service Provider to secure another Field Engineer to add to the team. The company have a great local reputation, we have successfully recruited into their team previously and now they are looking to grow the business even further. If you are the successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to help support and shape the IT estates of several local businesses, having the chance to be in a customer facing role and the task of creating longlasting business relationships with companies across the region. They generally assist companies with the Microsoft tech stack, so you would have previous experience supporting the following; Windows 8/10 Office packages AD Servers Exchange Basic networking SQL experience desireable A company van is available for all site visits. It is essential that you have a full clean valid UK driving licence. This is a 2nd/3rd line field engineer, ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role and be happy to travel around East Anglia.
