Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Establishing and maintaining strong personal relationships with the Food Standards Agency and other customers. Ensuring the continued profitable growth of the business. Providing overall leadership to the Head Office /regional management team. Developing and growing the commercial arms of the UK business. Ensuring the business is on target to deliver the annual budget whilst protecting profitability and improving efficiency. Further development and growth of the Australian business. Implementing a strategy to improve field staff engagement and retention. This role is as much about your personal leadership qualities as it is about knowledge. We are seeking a well-rounded leader who enjoys delivering corporate business objectives and priorities. You will need to have a strong work ethic, be driven to succeed and have the ability to lead, inspire and engage a large multi-disciplinary team of highly engaged individuals.
