Overview
My client is a multi service Contractor specialising in the commercial fit-out and data centre fields. Recently celebrating their 15-year milestone these guys are growing at a fast rate and have taken on some fantastic projects to start January 2020. We’re currently on the lookout for an Construction Manager to come on board for a brand new project in the Harlow area. This will be a new build data centre and we’re looking for someone that has experience managing steelwork projects and groundworks on commercial projects. You will be responsible for day-to-day on site activities including leading on H&S, site inductions, undertaking your own Quality Assurance, managing multiple subcontractors, short-term programming and potential client liaison.
