Overview
A great retail brand based in Central Manchester are looking for a financial controller to join their team for a 12 month period to cover a maternity leave. This role will be responsible for taking on a finance and operations team and managing the day to day finances as well as projects to improve the function. Working with an engaging and fast paced department you will be working at a high level and supporting the FD directly giving the successful candidate great exposure for the future. The team is looking for financial controller experience in: Management of finance and operational team Financial reporting Statutory finance & compliance P&L & balance sheet management System & process improvements Commercial support on business cases & non finance decision making Strategic planning support to he FD The profile the business is looking for would ideally include: Qualified ACA, CIMA ACCA or equivalent Very strong team management in financial control Retail experience is a massive benefit Ability to work in fast paced and changing environment Strong business partnering & business engagement Technical finance & systems skills If this central Manchester based retail financial controller role is appealing to you then please apply to the link.
