Business Analyst

Business Analysis skills required on a permanent basis for a leading NPO organisation at the start of a 3-5-year programme of organisational wide change. The organisation has recently started a PMO function from scratch as well as introduce new levels of senior management to make this programme of work a priority, meaning a new team of Business Analysts will be recruited. The position comes with the nice added benefits of making a real difference to the people the organisation looks to support Role: Business Analyst Location: Hampshire Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 a great benefits package. Sector: NPO The essential skills are as follows: Experience of working to 'bestpractice’ via ISEB or similar principles Minimum of 2 years’ experience of a full BA role Experience in all the standard BA protocols - requirements gathering, workshops, stakeholder management Experience of process redesign The desirable skills include: ISEB qualified Retail Sector or another other fast paced environment SAAS If this position is of interest, please get in touch with a copy of your up-to-date CV for review.
