Overview
We have an amazing opportunity to join our expanding client who is a multi award winning business based in Redditch. Our client is looking for 12 Inbound Call Centre Advisors to join their expending team. Are you currently working in a customer based role within the retail, hospitality or leisure sector and looking to progress into an office environment? As we want to talk to you Our client is looking to train successful candidates so no office experience is required. This is a fantastic time to join the company as they are expending rapidly. Duties to include: Handling incoming enquiries over the telephone, via email and online Providing a first class customer service Building rapport with customers Working to SLA’s and KPI’s Resolving any issues Updating systems with accurate information. Key Skills: Experience of working within a customer focused environment - phone or face to face Excellent communication skills - by phone and email Have a positive working attitude Ability to work on own initiative and as part of team Must be able to pass a credit and DBS check Hours of Work: Full Time - 40 hours a week working between 9am -7.30pm Working 1/2 Saturdays per month - 9:00 am - 1:00 pm with reduced hours in the week.
