Overview

Domus are delighted to be working with one of the leading providers of residential care for adults with complex needs in the South-West to recruit for a Registered Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference to the quality of the support they provide at one of their residential provisions on the outskirts of Bristol. In this vital role, you will be expected to manage a team of dedicated Registered Managers who have direct responsibility for the residential/supported living provisions they provide to adults with learning difficulties and mental health needs and individuals with forensic backgrounds. They are looking for an individual with proven leadership skills who has managed large teams and complex services before. This role is paying £30,000. Interview Process • This will be concluded with a one-stage interview process, a competency based interview at the beginning of April. The ideal candidate: • Will have experience working with adults with a learning disability and mental health needs. • Will ideally have experience of being registered with the Care Quality Commission. • Have proven experience at management level within the social care sector. • Ideally have experience working with adults from a forensic background. • Maintain and develop good relationships with commissioners and families of the people supported.
