Clinical Lead

Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our established client for a Clinical Lead to support the Registered Manager and be responsible for a team of highly motivated nurses in the Lincolnshire area. The position is based in a residential setting caring for individuals with learning disabilities. The service is a 20-bed residential setting specialising in the care for individuals with learning disabilities. They currently have a CQC Rating of 'GOOD' and are rated 'GOOD' in all areas. The successful candidate will lead a team of nurses to ensure that an excellent standard of care is delivered to the service users on a consistent basis. You will be able to lead a shift and ensure the promotion of person centred service. This is a full-time vacancy. The successful candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 39 hours per week. The core hours for this role are Monday to Friday, although weekend work may apply at times to meet the needs of the service. Job Purpose - Clinical Lead Salary - £38,000 per annum £250 Welcome Bonus Key Responsibilities •To promote and maintain a high standard of care within the home, liaising and accountable to the Registered Manager. •To be responsible for the building and deputise for the Registered Manger in their absence. •To keep up-to-date and follow policies and procedures. •To undertake Staff Reviews, Appraisals and Meetings. •To maintain and monitor the quality of nursing in liaison with the Registered Manager. •To lead and manage the team, ensuring efficient running of the business.
