£18.00 p/h | 40 Hrs | Day shifts | Elderly, Dementia & Disability Home An RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified Deputy Nursing Home Manager is required to join an elderly, dementia service in the Keighley area. The home offers elderly, dementia and disability care in a modern setting, with a strong team already in place. Details of this Deputy Nurse Home Manager RGN/RMN/RNLD position and what our client is offering the successful candidate: • A permanent, full-time contract of 40 hours per week • Usual working hours will be weekday day shifts, with some flexibility required for quality monitoring purposes, on-call duties etc due to the seniority of the role • A great hourly rate of £18.00p/h • A supportive regional/senior management team What the home is looking for in a Deputy Nurse Home Manager RGN/RMN/RNLD: • Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities nurse/RNLD • Demonstrate proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an elderly care home environment • Confident delivering clinical leadership and line management • Demonstrate good working knowledge of CQC essential standards and their implementation in a care home To apply now, please follow the link provided.
