Overview
Are you a fun, charismatic and energetic Leaning and Development Professional? Are you looking for a role where you can own the entire L&D offering? Create, develop and assess your own training plans? I am currently working with a great organisation who are looking for exactly that The Head of Learning and Development will be responsible for innovating, delivering and evaluating the learning culture across the whole business. Nurturing learning and development of each individual within the business, you will aim to provide the best personalised solutions to support business growth, people development and engagement activities. The role is a full generalist, end to end L&D Manager role with a real focus on personality and FUN. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Creating the Learning & Development Strategy for the Company Manage the L&D Co-ordinator, developing and ensuring their engagement Be the face of all L&D requests, guidance and training needs across the business Continue to develop the company academy brand to be recognised for fun, development growth and progression Work with senior stakeholders including board and exec to support with leadership development plans while offering career support Provide regular assessment and evaluations into the interventions, ROI and plans Manage the L&D budget across the organisation, building relationships with 3rd parties where necessary Own and develop the apprenticeship programme including recruitment, content and on-going career support Work with HR to develop a 'fit for purpose' on-boarding and induction process so that newcomers receive a WOW welcome Roll out talent management, appraisals and performance reviews at all levels of the business Adhoc projects that may require L&D support This is a busy, full and end-to-end role. The successful candidate will be confident, supportive, have worked within a similar role previously and be keen on a collaborative environment. It is essential that you have previously managed an L&D function and performance development is a priority for you.
