Overview
I am seeking a contract Security Analyst to join a global recruitment company's exciting Centre of Excellence, to; Work with external partners to ensure our networks, computers and information systems are secure. Determine who requires access to which information, and then work as part of a wider team to plan, coordinate and implement information security programs Using a multi-layered approach, help to protect against internal and external threats including web threats that facilitate cybercrime, including malware, phishing, viruses, denial-of-service attacks, information warfare and hacking. Experience; Security information and event management (SIEM) Authentication (passwords, digital certificates and, biometrics) Penetration testing and vulnerability scanning Encryption techniques like Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Transport Layer Security (TLS) and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Regulations such as GDPR Recognise and diagnose security problems This is a 3 month initial contract opportunity and will pay up to £350 per day based in Glasgow City Centre, just a 5 minute walk from Glasgow Central Station.
