Overview
Our client is searching for a Customer Service Adviser to join their friendly team in Saffron Walden. This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to develop a professional career within Customer Services. Previous Customer Service experience is essential, however industry training will be provided. As a Customer Service Adviser, you will be responsible for: Introducing and selling their full range of products and services Dealing with customer queries over the phone or in the office; changing and updating documentation Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers are fully supported at all times. To be successful for the role you must: Have at least 2-3 years customer service experience Have a positive, proactive and can-do attitude Be IT Literate Have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above including Maths and English.
