Overview

I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Registered Branch Manager for their branch in Milton Keynes. The Company: This company is a highly reputable and successful nationwide domiciliary care provider who are continuing to grow across the UK. We have worked in partnership with the organisation for a number of years now and have developed a brilliant relationship with them. The Branch/The role: This branch currently provides care to 15 privately funded clients. They are looking to double this before the end of the year. You will be responsible for sourcing new business whilst also focusing on the quality & compliance and managing the office. You will also be responsible for care plans, risk assessments and maintaining the highest quality standards throughout. This role is a full-time role. The Person: You will be a strong & experienced individual within the domiciliary sector. You will have excellent knowledge within CQC, be empathetic and organised. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.
