The successful candidate will join a global team, managing the end to end order process using SAP. Client Details Our client, based in Trafford Park, is a global manufacturing and production business. Due to business growth they are looking for a Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their growing team Description The successful Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders and liaise with sales managers, warehouses and plants to ensure customer needs are met. You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and resolving any issues/concerns with timely feedback to customers. Profile The successful candidate will be/have: Fluent in English and Italian - written and spoken Good working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Thorough understanding and ownership of customer service process gained in a technical or manufacturing background. Professional ability to handle customer problems and needs. Exceptional inter-personal skills and use of these skills in a demanding and fast paced customer focused environment. Problem solving skills and techniques. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively. Proactive in operating within an environment with minimal supervision. Encourages team spirit and promotes knowledge sharing. Job Offer The salary on offer is £28k - £31k Monday - Friday Lovely working environment with Gym onsite
