Overview
Our client is a reputable world leading global organization looking to recruit a Junior Acoustics Engineer to work from their office near Bristol. Working on the Acoustics arm of the business, you will be covering various disciplines of noise with an emphasis on buildings and environmental projects, as well as advising on transportation, planning development and architectural design. You will need to have; degree or equivalent in Acoustics or related subject, Institute of acoustics diploma, membership of the institute of acoustics - associate or full, some commercial experience in acoustics and a driving license. Typical duties will include- Undertaking noise surveys and assessments. Completing project administration. Supporting senior staff. Writing reports. Using noise modelling software. Maintaining an awareness of UK legislation surrounding Acoustics. Liaising with clients and industry professionals. This role provides the successful candidate to work on a diverse range of projects and the opportunity to progress professionally within a highly reputable, multidisciplinary consultancy, with multinational recognition.
