Overview
Social work role in the Leaving Care Team- working with Looked After Children and Care Leavers (including UASC), aged 15 upwards. The average caseload is 12 young people and most young people live within the local area. There is an expectation of high quality preventative work and support. The is a permanent fully staffed team and the ideal candidate would have experience and knowledge to share and develop their peers.
