Title: Customer Service Advisor / Manager Location: Sheffield Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to be based in Sheffield. Job responsibilities: First point of resolution for all inquiries Providing members with advice and guidance on next steps and their on-going journey with the organisation. Developing and maintaining excellent communications with other teams and divisions Respond to all inquiries from all members up to the first level resolution and refer any second resolution calls to other sections across the organisation as appropriate. Requirements: Have excellent customer service skills. Have excellent communication and listening skills. Be computer literate. Relationship building skills Can do attitude Good attention to detail. Flexible to work shifts.
